How to book your wilderness adventure

There are 3 fast and easy ways to book your trip

1. Telephone our  North Vancouver office

2. Fax your request
   Simply write down the following details and fax them to our office
   at 604-988-5990

• Your full name
• Your contact telephone number
• Your e-mail address, if you have one
• The trip you are interested and your preferred departure date.
• Number of guests

3. E-mail your request
   Click on the email link below and type in the following details:

A deposit of one third the price of the trip, (per person per trip), reserves your passage on our scheduled trips.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount of Custom (Private) Trips is necessary to reserve the ship. The balance owing is due in our office, ninety days prior to departure.

All participants will be required to read and sign a release of liability form and a complete terms and conditions, that will be included in your booking package.

Also included in your booking package, sent to you after we receive deposit, are the Trip Confirmation, a Detailed Description of the trip, an important Personal Equipment List and suggestions for things to do and see as you travel to meet us for your trip. When you have any questions, we are happy to answer them.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made to the Company in writing, and the following schedule applies to refunds:

1. If the written notice of cancellation is received by the Company more than 120 days before the Departure Date: full refund less $200 administration fee;
2. If the written notice of cancellation is received by the Company 90 — 120 days before the Departure Date: no refund, but deposit may be transferred to another available trip;
3. If the written notice of cancellation is received less than 90 days before the Departure Date: no refund, but the client may transfer the trip to a suitable replacement client if the replacement client is accepted by the Company, the decision whether or not to accept the replacement client being at the sole discretion of the Company.
