How to book your wilderness adventure
There are 3 fast and easy ways to book your trip
A deposit of one third the price of the trip, (per person per trip), reserves your passage on our scheduled trips.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount of Custom (Private) Trips is necessary to reserve the ship. The balance owing is due in our office, ninety days prior to departure.
All participants will be required to read and sign a release of liability form and a complete terms and conditions, that will be included in your booking package.
Also included in your booking package, sent to you after we receive deposit, are the Trip Confirmation, a Detailed Description of the trip, an important Personal Equipment List and suggestions for things to do and see as you travel to meet us for your trip. When you have any questions, we are happy to answer them.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the cancellation must be made to the Company in writing, and the following schedule applies to refunds:
Cancellations by the Company
If the Company does not receive the balance of the trip price by 90 days before the Departure Date, the Company reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to retain the full deposit. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking if through circumstances beyond its control it is impossible to provide the trip, in which case an alternative may be offered or any sums received will be returned in full, but the client shall have no further claim against the Company. Deposits may not be carried forward to future seasons or packages.
