June is spring on the north coast of British Columbia: Waterfalls and Wildflowers in landscapes of immeasurable beauty, along the calm waterways off the Inside Passage.

In June, these inlets are mother nature's cathedral!

The following photos, captured by landscape photographer Patrick Di Fruscia on a trip to these same inlets, are evidence of the spectacular beauty and powerful landscapes that await you.

We encourage artists to join us in 2013 on Islands at the Edge / The Inside Passage.

We will travel through some of the most powerful landscapes on earth where the lines between the sea and the rainforest are blurred. Estuaries carpeted in wildflowers... polished granite walls laced with waterfalls that seem to fall from the sky... white sandy beaches edged in ethereal rainforest... and wind swept trees silhouetted against layers of changing colors at sunset.

Artists and photographers can capture their impressions of these awe inspiring land and seascapes to show the world why the proposed oil super tankers must never be allowed here.
